Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport sand, gravel, and demolition debris
- Pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with DOT regulations
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork for all shipments
- Collaborate with site supervisors to coordinate efficient loading/unloading schedules
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and traffic laws in all weather conditions
- Perform minor equipment maintenance and report major issues promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with airbrake endorsement
- Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in the past 3 years
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and work in physically demanding conditions
- Knowledge of St. Louis metro area routes and construction sites
- DOT medical certification and drug test clearance
