Responsibilities
- Pick up and drop off passengers at their requested locations in a safe and timely manner.
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage or packages when necessary.
- Maintain a spotless and odor-free vehicle interior at all times.
- Follow all traffic laws, city regulations, and company safety protocols strictly.
- Utilize the mobile application to navigate routes, receive ride requests, and process payments efficiently.
- Verify the identity of all passengers before commencing the journey.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a friendly demeanor throughout the ride.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License and current vehicle registration.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and motor vehicle record review.
- Ownership of a 4-door vehicle (Sedan, SUV, or similar) in good mechanical condition.
- Valid auto insurance coverage that meets state requirements.
- Reliable smartphone with a data plan and GPS capability.
