Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and goods to residential and commercial locations using company-provided vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery records through our proprietary mobile app and GPS tracking system
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and resolve delivery-related inquiries promptly
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize fuel consumption
- Handle cash transactions and manage inventory during delivery processes
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and delivery time windows
Qualifications
- No prior driving experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 1 year licensed)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly with proper lifting techniques
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
- Basic smartphone proficiency for using our delivery management app
- Pass background check and drug screening (company-covered)
- Excellent customer service attitude and problem-solving abilities
- Must be at least 18 years old with reliable transportation to start location
