Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and goods to residential/commercial addresses
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to maintain timely schedules
- Verify delivery details and obtain proper signatures/confirmations
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform daily safety inspections
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve delivery issues
- Adhere to traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Assist with loading/unloading procedures at distribution centers
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery apps
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service communication abilities
- Preferable experience with route navigation systems
