Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise safely and efficiently from the delivery vehicle.
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial locations in Oakland and surrounding regions.
- Verify delivery details and obtain digital or written signatures.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle inquiries professionally.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure vehicle readiness.
- Report any damages, accidents, or maintenance issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong sense of direction and familiarity with GPS navigation tools.
- Reliable smartphone with data access for route management.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
