Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring all items are secured properly for transport.
- Obtain digital signatures and confirm delivery details with customers.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety standards.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies.
- Resolve delivery issues or customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class C) with a clean driving record (no major violations).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Reliable smartphone with data plan for navigation and logging.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
