Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses using company-provided vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our digital tracking system
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and address client inquiries
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure operational safety
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to maximize efficiency and timeliness
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery exceptions and route adjustments
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies at all times
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL Class A/B) or valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience or delivery background
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds regularly and operate in various weather conditions
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet strict delivery deadlines
