Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and goods to designated addresses in a timely manner.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies while driving.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers during deliveries.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is in safe operating condition.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle and the professional appearance of company uniforms.
- Utilize handheld devices for navigation, tracking, and logging delivery information.
- Load and unload cargo carefully to prevent damage.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift, carry, and move packages weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer skills and smartphone proficiency for navigation and reporting.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
