Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages and goods across Atlanta metro
- Provide exceptional customer service during drop-offs and route interactions
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure timely arrivals
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain customer signatures
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Handle cash transactions and process payments via mobile POS systems
- Communicate with dispatch team regarding delivery status and delays
Qualifications
- Valid Georgia driver's license with clean MVR record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 60 lbs regularly
- Strong knowledge of Atlanta metropolitan area
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery apps
