Responsibilities
- Safely transport goods to designated addresses and business locations in Jacksonville and surrounding areas.
- Ensure all deliveries are made accurately, on time, and with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain safety and compliance.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle interior and exterior.
- Handle and document all delivery paperwork, including receipts and proof of delivery (POD).
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Commercial Driver’s License (or equivalent state driver's license).
- Clean driving record (MVR check required; no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of navigation systems and GPS technology.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as business needs require.
