Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize the mobile app for navigation, route planning, and proof of delivery.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to build loyalty.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Reliable smartphone with a strong data connection.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic English reading and writing skills.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
