Responsibilities
- Load and unload packages safely and efficiently using hand trucks or dollies.
- Verify delivery addresses and collect signatures or proof of delivery as required.
- Navigate city routes with accuracy, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve delivery issues professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized personal appearance and vehicle appearance.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Reliable access to a suitable vehicle (if applicable) or willingness to use company vehicle.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging deliveries.
- Strong communication skills in English.
