Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations.
- Unload and organize packages at delivery sites, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and time logs using handheld devices.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service by interacting professionally with clients and resolving any delivery issues.
- Keep the vehicle clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or appropriate state driver's license.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable driving experience.
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations or DUIs within the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting packages up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with mobile apps for route tracking.
- Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Mesa, AZ.
