Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles to designated locations within Jacksonville, FL, and Georgia.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload cargo efficiently, adhering to safety protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service by handling delivery issues professionally and courteously.
- Prepare and maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean, organized, and fueled.
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) or equivalent commercial driving experience.
- Proof of a clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations.
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 70 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet strict delivery deadlines.
- Basic proficiency with handheld GPS devices and delivery apps.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
