Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance for both yourself and the vehicle.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every delivery is handled with care and courtesy.
- Utilize company apps and GPS technology to plan efficient routes and track delivery status.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Handle cash and digital payments accurately and update customer records as necessary.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class C) with a clean driving record (no major violations within the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly and safely.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Access to a reliable vehicle suitable for commercial delivery (or willingness to use a company vehicle).
- Proficiency with smartphone applications and digital navigation tools.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts based on business demand.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, problem-solving attitude.
