Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and food orders to residential and commercial addresses using company vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize travel time
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve delivery inquiries professionally
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with dispatch team to coordinate delivery schedules and troubleshoot issues
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 2 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Proficiency with smartphone navigation apps and basic delivery software
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication abilities and customer service mindset
- Reliable transportation to and from designated depot
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
