Responsibilities
- Safe and Timely Deliveries: Transport products to customers in a safe, efficient, and timely manner, adhering to all traffic laws and company guidelines.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle delivery inquiries courteously.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition and report any issues immediately.
- Documentation: Accurately complete delivery paperwork, including receipts and logs, to maintain precise records.
- Load Management: Safely load and unload merchandise, ensuring proper handling of goods to prevent damage.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License: A valid Class C Driver's License is required.
- Clean Driving Record: A clean driving record (no major violations) is essential for safety compliance.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift, carry, and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to read maps and GPS systems effectively.
