Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Unload and organize packages at various residential and commercial locations.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle and company equipment.
- Update delivery status and log routes accurately using digital tracking systems.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
Qualifications
- A valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and route management.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable access to a smartphone for route updates and communication.
