Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses along assigned routes within Los Angeles.
- Interact professionally with customers, ensuring all deliveries are made with a smile and in a timely manner.
- Verify package contents against delivery records to ensure accuracy and prevent loss or damage.
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Update delivery status via mobile technology (apps or handheld scanners) in real-time.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License and a clean driving record (no DUIs or serious violations in the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Reliable smartphone with data connectivity for navigation and logging.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
