Responsibilities
- Safe and timely delivery of packages to residential and commercial addresses in the DC and Northern Virginia region.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional appearance of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Verifying recipient identity and obtaining signatures for all deliveries.
- Using handheld devices for navigation, route planning, and order tracking.
- Adhering to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies.
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving delivery issues professionally.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must have a reliable personal vehicle and smartphone with a data plan.
- Strong customer service skills and professional communication abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
