Responsibilities
- Transport packages and goods to customers and businesses in a safe and timely manner.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring items are secured properly.
- Obtain signatures and proof of delivery for all packages.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle and company equipment.
- Interact professionally with customers and resolve any delivery issues.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections before and after routes.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the depot.
- Basic math skills for handling payments and change.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
