Your Responsibilities
As a Delivery Driver, you will be the face of our company. Your main goal is to ensure our customers receive their packages safely and on time.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a company vehicle to transport goods to residential and commercial addresses in Austin, TX.
- Verify delivery addresses and ensure packages are in good condition before handing them over.
- Obtain electronic signatures and proof of delivery for every shipment.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections, reporting any mechanical issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any delivery issues professionally.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- A valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to use a handheld device for route management.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
