Responsibilities
- Safely load, secure, and unload packages from the delivery vehicle.
- Navigate efficiently through Dallas traffic to ensure timely deliveries.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain digital signatures upon completion.
- Use handheld scanning devices to track packages in real-time.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and handle any delivery concerns professionally.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety standards of the delivery truck.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License (Commercial Class B is a plus).
- Clean driving record with no recent major violations.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Ownership of a reliable smartphone with a data plan.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Basic English proficiency for communication with dispatch and customers.
