Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and food orders to residential/commercial addresses using company vehicles
- Optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency using GPS navigation systems
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Inspect vehicles daily to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
- Adhere to traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Valid US driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shifts
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery tracking apps
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and tips
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Prior delivery or customer service experience preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
