Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class 8 semi-trucks for regional routes within Washington and Oregon
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and HOS compliance
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic preventive maintenance
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and electronic logs
- Collaborate with dispatch for efficient route optimization
- Provide exceptional customer service at delivery points
- Handle hazardous materials endorsements when required
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years OTR or regional driving experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with Pacific Northwest terrain and weather
- Strong navigation skills with ELD experience
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally
- Flexibility for overnight trips and weekend shifts
