Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations across Indianapolis
- Maintain accurate delivery records and proof of delivery documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
- Perform routine vehicle safety checks and report maintenance needs
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize delays
- Assist with loading/unloading operations at distribution centers
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 1 year delivery or driving experience preferred
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with Indianapolis area
- Smartphone with reliable data for delivery tracking
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
