Responsibilities
- Deliver packages and food items safely and on-time to Omaha residences and businesses
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology for maximum efficiency
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Inspect and maintain assigned delivery vehicle (fuel, cleanliness, safety checks)
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
- Communicate delivery status and delays to dispatch team promptly
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Nebraska driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 2 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shifts
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery app navigation
- Basic knowledge of Omaha metro area streets and landmarks
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in all weather conditions
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Must pass background check and drug screening
