Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, and merchandise to customers throughout Colorado Springs
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure timely and cost-effective service
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain proper customer signatures
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Coordinate with dispatch team to resolve delivery exceptions or customer inquiries
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean MVR (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience (commercial or delivery preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Colorado Springs area and surrounding regions
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic smartphone proficiency for route navigation and communication
