Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles for timely deliveries across Charlotte metro area
- Verify delivery details and maintain accurate delivery records
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance
- Optimize routes using GPS technology for maximum efficiency
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time delivery adjustments
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with clean record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation to depot location
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
