Responsibilities
- Deliver food, packages, and retail orders across Oakland with precision
- Maintain clean, well-fueled vehicles and perform daily safety checks
- Optimize routes using GPS technology for maximum efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
- Track deliveries through our mobile app and update delivery status
- Resolve delivery issues proactively and communicate with customers
- Adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations at all times
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Smartphone proficiency for our delivery management app
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to our Oakland depot
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Prior delivery or customer service experience preferred
