Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages across Boston metro area
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology for maximum efficiency
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain customer signatures
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery issues
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license with clean record (minimum 3 years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 70 pounds regularly
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred
- Strong navigation skills and knowledge of Boston area
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Customer service mindset with professional communication skills
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM-6 PM)
