Responsibilities
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to residential and commercial locations.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain digital signatures upon completion.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Utilize delivery management software to update status and track packages in real-time.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve delivery issues efficiently.
- Inspect the vehicle before and after each shift for mechanical issues and report them.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Ownership of a reliable vehicle suitable for delivery work.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Proficiency with smartphone technology and GPS navigation apps.
