Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles (Class B CDL) to transport goods
- Plan and execute efficient delivery routes using GPS navigation systems
- Verify delivery documentation and obtain customer signatures
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and report vehicle maintenance needs
- Inspect vehicles before/after shifts to ensure roadworthiness
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Clean driving record with no major violations in past 3 years
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Atlanta metro area geography
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-6PM)
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for delivery documentation
