Responsibilities
- Safe and timely delivery of packages to residential and commercial locations.
- Loading and unloading cargo using dollies and pallet jacks.
- Verifying delivery addresses and collecting required signatures.
- Maintaining a clean and organized delivery vehicle at all times.
- Providing exceptional customer service during every interaction.
- Updating delivery status in the company tracking system in real-time.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License.
- Clean driving record (no major violations within the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic knowledge of local Austin, TX streets and traffic patterns.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
