Responsibilities
- Operate commercial Class A or Class B trucks in a safe and efficient manner.
- Load and unload freight using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Maintain accurate daily logs (ELD) and perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Adhere to all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and company safety policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle.
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A or Class B license (Commercial Driver's License).
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable driving experience.
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no serious violations.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical exam.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
- Strong customer service and time management skills.
