Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial customers in a safe, timely, and efficient manner.
- Interact professionally with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and resolving any delivery issues.
- Inspect delivery vehicles for cleanliness and mechanical issues; perform basic pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Manage delivery paperwork and digital logging devices accurately.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance while on duty.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs in the last 5 years).
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Basic understanding of GPS navigation systems and mapping software.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
