Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in Virginia Beach and surrounding areas.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Interact professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle any delivery inquiries.
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Inspect the vehicle daily for mechanical issues and report them promptly.
- Accurately complete and submit delivery logs and timesheets.
- Handle cash/card transactions for last-mile delivery services when required.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License (CDL not required for standard delivery roles).
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations within the last 3 years.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Basic English proficiency for communication with dispatch and customers.
- Must be at least 21 years old and have a reliable smartphone.
