- Obtain signatures and proof of delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and minor maintenance checks.
- Practice safe driving habits at all times to ensure passenger and cargo safety.
- Update delivery status using mobile apps or handheld devices.
- Interact professionally with customers to resolve any delivery issues.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Familiarity with local streets and navigation in the Minneapolis area.
- Physically capable of lifting packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable smartphone with data connectivity.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
