Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses throughout Las Vegas and surrounding areas.
- Practice excellent time management to ensure all deliveries are made on schedule.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service during every interaction, including handling signatures and questions.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle and ensure it is well-stocked with supplies.
- Inspect packages for damage before loading and after unloading to ensure accuracy.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Update delivery status in the mobile app accurately and in real-time.
- Handle returns or special instructions professionally.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Reliable personal vehicle (sedan or cargo van) with current registration and insurance.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld GPS devices.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (extreme heat in Las Vegas).
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
