Job Overview
We are seeking professional drivers to handle local delivery routes efficiently and safely. You will be the face of our brand, interacting with customers and ensuring their packages arrive in perfect condition.
Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses within the Dallas metro area.
- Ensure all deliveries are accurate, complete, and handled with care to maintain a 5-star customer rating.
- Collect signatures and payments as required for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections before and after shifts, reporting any mechanical issues immediately.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean, organized, and fuel-efficient at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve delivery issues professionally.
- Log all stops and deliveries accurately using our mobile app or handheld devices.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Strong time management skills and a proven track record of punctuality.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for logging routes and communicating with dispatch.
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and handle physical demands.
