Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and goods to designated locations within Indianapolis and surrounding Ohio regions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional demeanor and adhering to strict delivery protocols.
- Inspect vehicles daily to ensure cleanliness and mechanical safety before starting routes.
- Update delivery status accurately using mobile technology and handheld devices.
- Obey all traffic laws, maintain valid insurance, and ensure safe driving habits at all times.
- Manage loading and unloading of cargo, ensuring items are handled with care to prevent damage.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and digital logs on time.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliable vehicle access or willingness to use company-provided fleet (depending on role).
- Strong time management skills and ability to navigate GPS systems effectively.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
