Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations across Nashville
- Maintain accurate delivery records using our mobile tracking system
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet time-sensitive deadlines
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery issues proactively
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience or equivalent delivery background
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and navigate stairs/difficult terrain
- Smartphone proficiency for using delivery apps and communication tools
- Strong time-management skills and ability to work independently
- Pass background check and drug screening (required)
- Flexible availability to cover morning/afternoon/evening shifts
