Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses within the San Diego area.
- Load and unload parcels from the delivery vehicle using hand trucks and dollies.
- Verify package contents and addresses to ensure accuracy and proper delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Handle cash or digital payments for COD orders accurately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 3 years).
- Proof of auto insurance and valid vehicle registration.
- Adequate physical strength to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable smartphone with data access for GPS navigation and communication.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic understanding of map reading and navigation software.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
