Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages to residential and commercial destinations within Long Beach and the surrounding area.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain electronic signatures upon completion.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve any delivery issues on the spot.
- Keep delivery vehicles clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Clean driving record with no major moving violations.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 70 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer skills for logging deliveries and paperwork.
