Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages to customers in and around the Tucson, AZ area in a timely and professional manner.
- Obtain and verify signatures for all deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain safety standards.
- Load and unload packages efficiently using hand trucks or pallet jacks.
- Update delivery status via mobile app or handheld device throughout the route.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any delivery issues promptly.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 7 years).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50-70 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Basic proficiency with mobile technology and GPS navigation systems.
- Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
