Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, and goods to customers across New Orleans
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and GPS tracking systems
- Inspect vehicles daily for safety compliance and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and resolve inquiries
- Coordinate with dispatch team for optimal route efficiency
- Assist with loading/unloading procedures and inventory management
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Louisiana driver's license with clean MVR (no DUIs in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of driving experience (commercial or personal)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of New Orleans neighborhoods and traffic patterns
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation apps
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Background check and drug screen required
