Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, or medical supplies to residential and commercial locations
- Optimize routes using GPS technology to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain customer signatures
- Inspect vehicles daily to ensure cleanliness and mechanical safety
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading operations as needed
- Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding delivery status
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong knowledge of Phoenix metro area and surrounding communities
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation apps
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
