Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages to residential and commercial locations across Mesa and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery records using our digital tracking system and obtain customer signatures upon request
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and maximize efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions, including handling inquiries and resolving delivery issues
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience with delivery or commercial vehicle background
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong time management skills and ability to navigate efficiently using GPS technology
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pass background check and drug screening
