Responsibilities
- Load and unload packages safely and efficiently using dollies and hand trucks.
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle while adhering to all traffic laws and DOT regulations.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain digital or physical signatures for all packages.
- Collect payments and handle cash/card transactions accurately and securely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary delivery vehicle interior.
- Update delivery status in the company app in real-time to ensure customer transparency.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any delivery issues professionally.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and app usage.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly and comfortably.
- Strong time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
