Responsibilities
- Transport goods to customers in a safe and timely manner.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain digital signatures upon completion.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.
- Keep the vehicle clean, organized, and professionally presented at all times.
- Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Report any accidents, damages, or safety hazards immediately to management.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to navigate local routes efficiently.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and adhere to safety protocols.
- Access to a reliable smartphone for navigation and communication.
